Welcome to Shellebrity! By placing an order through our website (shellebrity.com), our Whatnot shop, or any other sales channel, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Shellebrity are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please review product descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before ordering.

Natural Products Disclaimer

Our products are made from natural seashells and organic materials. Every shell is unique — variations in color, size, shape, texture, and pattern are completely normal and are not considered defects. These natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece special. Product photos are representative, but your item may differ slightly from what is shown.

30-Day Limited Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Shellebrity offers a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturer's defects only. This includes issues such as faulty adhesives, broken clasps on jewelry, or structural defects in crafted items that were present at the time of shipment.

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Shipping damage after delivery (e.g., items damaged by the recipient or others after receipt)
• Natural variations in shells (color, size, shape, texture)
• Items that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Shellebrity

To make a warranty claim: Email us at clawdiashells@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the defect. We will review your claim and, if approved, repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Whatnot Purchases

Purchases made through Whatnot are subject to both these Terms of Service and Whatnot's own terms and policies. In the event of a conflict, Whatnot's platform policies may apply to transaction-specific matters (payment processing, platform disputes, etc.), while our product policies (warranty, natural variation disclaimer) remain in effect.

Intellectual Property

All content on shellebrity.com — including but not limited to the Shellebrity name, logo, product photos, descriptions, videos, and other creative materials — is the property of Shellebrity and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to display product colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Shellebrity and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Indemnification

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shellebrity, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchases shall be resolved in the courts located in Lee County, Florida.
