Shipping Policy
All orders ship from Cape Coral, Florida. We carefully package every item to ensure your shells and jewelry arrive safely. Here's what you need to know about shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During busy periods (holidays, after large Whatnot events), processing may take slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS and offer the following options:
- USPS Ground Advantage / First-Class: Typically arrives in 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically arrives in 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
We do ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:
- International shipping times vary by destination and may take 2–4 weeks
- The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees — these are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
- Some items containing natural materials may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries — please check your local regulations before ordering
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided for all orders. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also check your order status through your Shopify account or by contacting us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been shipped and scanned by USPS, Shellebrity is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier. We carefully pack every order, but once it leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's care.
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact your local post office
- Reach out to us at clawdiashells@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help
If your package arrives damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clawdiashells@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage (both the packaging and items). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the situation.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update your address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Whatnot Orders
Orders from our Whatnot live events are shipped following the same processing and shipping standards described above. Shipping for Whatnot purchases is handled through the Whatnot platform.
