Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Shellebrity are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, please reach out to us at clawdiashells@gmail.com before purchasing — we're happy to provide additional photos or details.

Natural Variations Are Not Defects

Our products are made from natural seashells and organic materials. Every shell is unique. Variations in color, size, shape, texture, and pattern are inherent to natural products and are not considered defects. These characteristics are what make each piece one-of-a-kind. Product photos are representative, but your item may differ slightly from what is pictured.

30-Day Limited Warranty

While all sales are final, we do stand behind our work. We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery that covers manufacturer's defects only. This means issues with craftsmanship that were present when the item shipped — such as faulty adhesives, broken clasps, or structural defects in assembled pieces.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from drops, misuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Natural variations in shell color, size, shape, or texture
  • Items that have been altered or modified
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Email clawdiashells@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Include clear photos showing the defect
  4. Describe the issue

We will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clawdiashells@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with the shipping carrier on your behalf to resolve the situation. Please do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.

Whatnot Purchases

Items purchased through our Whatnot live events are also subject to this policy. Whatnot's own platform policies may also apply — please refer to Whatnot's terms for platform-specific dispute processes.
